In 'Live Act,' a machine in a niche adjacent to an archway periodically emits a dense fog. The fog is naturally sucked through the archway and is lit from within at night. Part of NuArt, an annual arts and music festival in the coastal city of Stavanger, Norway, 'Live Act' references the site’s ex-function as a factory and the stage theatrics of the musical bands. The project is a collaboration with Stephan Apicella-Hitchcock.
